There are art tote bags on the market, but, for me, they are inadequate: too large and bulky.
I want something relatively slim that I can wear, and which will hold all the materials I want, and which allows me to reach what I need, while I am working outside.
Other artists I know, especially those working with watercolors, could use something like this. This bag would not replace the French easel, which is still good for working on oil paintings out of doors.
I believe I can create this artifact in the next eight weeks: I have experience with sewing and can easily find the needed materials.
